Scottish folk singer-songwriter Siobhan Miller, a three-time winner of the Scots Singer of the Year award, heads the bill for the show at Bloomfield Hall.
Ms Miller is a noted folk singer who has released three solo albums.
Joining her on the bill is Australian songwriter Jack Carty who has taken his unique folk music around the world.
He has released five albums and performed with leading Australian artists including Katie Noonan, Josh Pyke and Bernard Fanning.
Each year an artist from the region joins the bill and this year it will be musician Gabbi Bolt from Bathurst.
JAM Orange president Paul Kelly said tickets were still available for the show from Landers Music in Summer Street or online at the Festival of Small Halls' website.
"The Festival of Small Halls is always popular with Orange audiences and previous concerts have sold out early," he said.
He said the tickets cost $25 for adults while accompanied children under 12 were free.
"Depending on pre-sales a limited number of tickets might be available for purchase at the door," he said. Food and drinks will be sold at the venue.
