Fire trucks returned to the walking path along Blackman's Swamp Creek on Friday morning to extinguish a small grass fire.
It followed grass fires being extinguished at the same scene at about 2am by Fire and Rescue NSW tanks.
It's unconfirmed what caused the blazes to start. No property was believed to be damaged.
Friday is a total fire ban day across the region, with hazardous fire conditions keeping Rural Fire Service volunteers on edge.
