The money will go towards helping WIRES nurture the thousands of animals which have been injured in bush fires across NSW and Victoria.
Business owner Willa Arantz said she chose the not-for-profit because of the rehabilitation and rescue work they do for all animals.
She said like everyone watching from home they wanted to do something to help out.
"My son saw an image of an injured kangaroo on the television and that's what really affected him," she said.
In addition to the donation $1 from every coffee sold from Monday to Saturday, there will be a collection tin at the bakery where people can donate.
Mrs Arantz said the bakery typically makes around 100 coffees a day and she calculated around $50 had already gone into the tin on Monday.
"If you can't donate a heap this is one way you can help out. Buy a coffee and also help a much needed charity in this moment where we're all feeling a bit helpless as to what we can do."
WIRES is the largest wildlife rescue charity in Australia. It provides rescue and rehabilitation for all native Australian fauna. All animal rescuers and carers are volunteers.
