Vijay and Anita Bohra, who owns the Mid City motel business and Overlander restaurant in Lords Place, have just completed $1.25 million renovations of the hotel's interior.
The Bohra family will reopen the hotel for lunch and dinner for the first time next Tuesday, with live-music and a DJ throughout the afternoon and evening.
On NYE the nightclub will be licenced until 3am with a $10 cover charge, the same price and opening hours which will take effect on Friday and Saturday nights from next weekend.
Mr Bohra said the hotel had been transformed from top to bottom with "floors, walls, ceilings and all the paint redone".
He said the work included the fit out of an entirely new kitchen, including new floors, ceilings and equipment.
Mr Bohra said the previous Asian cuisine restaurant had closed and it would be replaced with a restaurant focusing on "modern pub food".
Head chef Rajuu Path, who has previously worked at Sweet, Sour, Salt as well as the Metropolitan Hotel will lead the team in the kitchen.
Mr Bohra said a team of 30 will open the business next week, with employment opportunities still available for waitresses, bar staff and a hotel manager.
"We're still looking for good experienced staff," he said.
Mr Bohra said different sized rooms would lend the hotel as a destination venue for parties, functions and weddings.
"Hotel Orange is offering something unique that Orange doesn't have at the moment," he said.
"We are looking for a high-end market and good clientele."
The Hotel Orange will be open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week from NYE.
