From 8.30pm to 11.30pm the one-man band will have people dancing to a range of songs.
The Blind Pig Bar and Cafe owner John Vandenberg said Ajak, whose profile has been steadily climbing in Orange, always attracted a great crowd.
"He has a fantastic voice and is really talented with looping," Mr Vandenberg said.
After Friday night's entertainment there will be no more live music at The Blind Pig until the business reopens next year following a revamp.
Mr Vandenberg said the business would close in the new year before reopening as a venue focused on live music rather than as a cafe or restaurant.
"I'm making it like a gin bar, like in Sydney and Melbourne," Mr Vandenberg said.
"I want people to dance and have fun.
"Hopefully there will be a lot more music.
"The music is what I've always wanted the place to be about."
