The event, held on the last weekend before Christmas for the past eight years, will be held this Sunday from 6pm until late at the Hotel Canobolas.
Three 'eves' are required this year, given Christmas will fall on a Wednesday.
It features the region's top performers and organiser Ash Brown said they would donate their time.
"[It] basically heralds itself as a musician's Christmas party - it's the time for musicians to let their hair down and they don't need to do too much work," he said.
"It's one of those events now that people expect to be on, they just look for the date, whether it's Christmas Eve Eve or Christmas Eve Eve Eve."
The event has previously raised money for Give Me Five For Kids, but this year, it will turn its attention west, raising money for Buy a Bale.
It is aiming to reach $2700, the cost of a semitrailer full of hay.

Mr Brown's One Agency has kicked off the total with a $1000 donation to get the evening started.
"For anyone with loose change on the night, we're going to leave buckets at the bar so they can throw it in," he said.
"In previous years we've been lucky enough to raise around $4000, but considering the cause has hit home to so many locals, we wanted to pitch in as much as we could to get bales to our farmers."
With Marty Parks on sound duties, several musicians have already been secured to play half-hour sets.
The line-up will include solo performers Haylee Gallagher, Phoebe Parsons, Matt Arthur and Neil Gill with their own brands of music.
Meanwhile, Felix Albert and the Gentlemanly Two will bring some Americana to the mix, while Mr Brown's own band, The Room Upstairs, might play some crowd favourites.
"We'll have to get the dust off the instruments," he said.
Mr Brown said he was also trying to get a jazz band together, with more acts to be confirmed.
"We've got a really good line-up, it will be pretty well back-to-back," he said.
"It's going to be a really nice night."
