The awards keep streaming in for Panuara-born Wallaroos skipper Grace Hamilton, on Wednesday night she collected the Rugby Union Players' Association Taylor's Wines People's Choice Award after her fearless, inspirational efforts leading Australia in 2019.

Decided via voting from the public the People's Choice Award is a much-coveted crown and is award to the player fans elect to have best-displayed the spirit of rugby throughout the year, with Hamilton joining the likes of Michael Hooper and David Pocock as a recipient.
She also became first Wallaroos player to win and the second woman to win the award outright alongside 2017 recipient Charlotte Caslick, while sevens star Evania Pelite won the crown last year in a tie with Pocock.
The award follows November's crowning moment, when Hamilton was named the Wallaroos Player of the Year on Rugby Australia's night of nights, where Marika Koroibete also won his first John Eales Medal.
Hamilton beat out the other nine finalist for the award including Pelite and Hooper along with Australian under-20 skipper Fraser McReight, Elia Green, Maurice Longbottom, Nick Malouf, Nic White, Izack Rodda and Koroibete.
Wallabies and Brumbies prop Allan Alaalatoa took of the Medal of Excellence, a reward for his stellar season at the Super Rugby and international levels.
