PRIDE PARK BLAZE: Two people have been charged in regards to the fire that gutted the grandstand at Pride Park.
If the courts got serious about the punishments for those caught lighting fires then there may not be so many fires.

If punishments were severe for both children and adults and they were all named and shamed, regardless of their age, then people such as asthmatics would not have to suffer badly from smoke and people would not lose their cars.
And maybe people who are caught would not repeat their fire lighting.
