Norman Victor Cran, 42, of Dalton Street, was not present in court after he was caught driving with a reading of 0.134 at 4.05am on May 25.
Cran was a P1 licence holder when police saw him driving south on Lone Pine Avenue and turn onto Kurim Avenue.
He pulled into a driveway in Kurim Avenue when stopped by police and returned the positive breath test result.
Cran had previously been convicted of high-range drink-driving in 2014.
He was fined $660, his driver's licence was disqualified for six months and he was given a 24-month interlock order.
In another matter, Alexander Keith Raymond Campbell, 36, of Gidley Street Molong will have to abstain from alcohol and drugs, and take part in rehabilitation and treatment programs, after being given a 12-month Community Corrections Order.
The order accompanied by a six-month driving disqualification and 24-month interlock order was for driving with a reading of 0.99 on Torpy Street at 1.30am on June 29.
Campbell was also given a three-month CCO and six-month driving disqualification for driving with a suspended licence on June 29.
Campbell's heavy vehicle driver's licence had been suspended from June 13, 2019, after he was detected for a low-range drink-driving offence.
On June 29, police saw him turn from Lords Place onto Torpy Street where he paused before mounting the gutter, drove across grass and stopped outside a unit.
Solicitor Neil Jones said at the time of the offence Campbell not taken medication for his mental health for about 12 months under the direction of a psychiatrist because he had been doing well.
However, he said Campbell had since started to address issues, including with alcohol and cannabis, and was now abstinent.
During sentencing, Magistrate David Day said Campbell's driving record did not help him.
In another matter, Alipate Veikoso, 34, formerly of Margaret Street, was caught drink-driving with a reading of 0.111 on October 31.
Veikoso had been driving along Nyrang Road at 2.35am when police stopped him for a random breath test.
He told police he had consumed five schooners of beer between 8pm and 2.20am.
In court solicitor Simeon Miller said Veikoso was currently homeless and drove after an argument to move the car because he thought it would be damaged if he left it where it was.
Veikoso was convicted, given a three-month driving disqualification and a 12-month interlock order.
