A 45-year-old man was found guilty of 10 of 12 charges of sexually assaulting a child following a three-day trial in Orange District Court recently.

The man pleaded not guilty to two counts of indecent assault of a child aged under 10 years of age, two counts of aggravated sexual intercourse with a person aged between 10 and 14 years of age, two counts of indecent assault of a person under 16 years of age.
He also pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated sexual intercourse with a person under 10 years of age and four counts of sexual intercourse with a person under 10 years of age.
He was found not guilty of two counts of sexual intercourse of a child under 10.
The offences took place between 2006 and 2014 in Orange, the Richmond area, and another part of the Central West.
A 12-member jury reached its verdict about lunchtime the day after the trial ended.
Judge Stephen Norrish revoked the man's bail and adjourned the case so he could sentence the man in Sydney District Court early next year.
A non-publication order is in place preventing any identification in order to protect the identity of any victims.
