Off The Wall will include an exhibition of original works by 23 artists from Orange and the surrounding region.
Works by Rhonda Campbell, Joy Engleman, Damon Kowarsky and Jasmine Coe will be part of the Christmas show.
Gallery owner Leiarna Dunworth said the works will be replaced by different pieces as they are purchased and taken home.
Works range from $80 to $500, and are by both well-known artists and artists exhibiting for the first time in a commercial gallery.
Orange artists Loretta and Larissa Blake will be featured as will Stuart Town residents Tim Winters and Madeliene Smart.
Mrs Dunworth said she hoped the show would be a fun way for people to find a special piece to take home.
"It gave the artists an opportunity to do something a little bit different to what they might be known for," she said.
The public opening and Christmas party will run from 6-8pm on Thursday. Many of the artists featured will be in attendance.
Mrs Dunworth said the gallery was combining the opening night with their Christmas party to say thank you to the community.
Off The Wall will run until January 25. The Peisley St Gallery will be closed between Christmas and New Year's eve.
