A 15-year-old girl has become the second person charged over a blaze which badly damaged the grandstand at Pride Park in north Orange on Saturday.

Police said the girl was arrested at a home in Orange about 9.45am on Wednesday.
She was taken to Orange police station and charged with destroying property valued at more than $5000 in company using fire and destroying or damaging property valued less than $2000, a statement said.
The girl was refused bail and appeared before Orange Children's Court on Wednesday.
She was remanded in custody to reappear before the same court on Monday.
The arrest comes after a 23-year-old man from Orange was charged with destroying property valued more than $5000 in company causing fire, on Tuesday.
The man appeared before Orange Local Court on Wednesday where he was remanded in custody to reappear before the same court on Monday December 16.
Emergency services responded to reports, at about 2.15pm on Saturday of the grandstand near the Waratah Sports Club being on fire.
The blaze was extinguished but about 40 per cent of the grandstand was destroyed.
Central West Police District officers established a crime scene and commenced inquiries.
Police said investigations were continuing into the fire.
