The famous visitors marched from Lords Place to the shopping centre with Central West Gymnastics, Central West Performing Arts, the Orange City Brass Band, Gnoo Blas and Cirkus Surreal directing the way.
Kim and Koby Lawton watched the parade with Mason and Jacque Chippendale.
The two families were there to see Santa and to watch their daughters perform with the gymnastics group.
"The boys are very excited for Santa," said Ms Lawton.
Koby said he wanted a robotic dragon and a magician's set for Christmas.
Mason had wished for another Playstation.
Robyn Glasson watched the parade with her mum, sister, children, nieces and nephews.
She said her son Charlie had already written his wish list for Santa and already received a letter back.
Charlie said this year her was hoping for a drone or a lightsaber.
"I've already got the Star Wars costume," he said.
Families will have the change to meet Santa in the City Centre shopping centre from 10-12pm and 1-3pm every day until Christmas.
Orange City Centre will be closed on Christmas Day.
