New food outlets Indian Delight and Noodle Time have opened along side Trang Hua, Ispa Kebabs, Snack Shack and Sushia, which was the only food outlet to open along side retail stores on Saturday.
There is also a children's play area, which relocated from an area closer to Anson Street.
Orange City Centre manager Nicole Chapman said all the food hall inside the Dalton Building was now open for business.
"There were just a few shop fitters that were just running a bit late and couldn't quite make Sunday so we just wanted to take the time to get it right," Mrs Chapman said.
Mrs Chapman said opening dates for Subway and Lone Star Rib House are yet to be finalised but Lone Star is expected to open before Christmas.
"Yoshi Sushi Bar will be opening on the weekend on the deck," she said of the more restaurant style eatery.
"Noodle Time and Yoshi Sushi Bar are by the same creator."
Indian Delight owner and chef Jose Sebastian said he was passionate about cooking and prior to opening the food hall business he ran a food stall at markets across the Central West.
Noodle Time manager Jordan Wang said the business was designed for food courts and it would serve mixed-Asian cuisine.
For Trang Hue owner Trang Lee her Vietnamese foot outlet will be in addition to her current Summer Street business and food truck.
She said the business would continue to serve "healthy yummy food" and she would continue what had already proven to be popular among customers such as making her own sauce.
I love the sky light, I will be able to see when it's raining and when it's sunny, you can actually see what's happening outside.
- Snack Shack owner Regina Kearl
Ispa Kebabs, Snack Shack and Sushia all relocated from the older area of the shopping centre and Snack Shack owner Regina Kearl loved the new location and served her first customer at 8am.
"It's all very exciting, I think it looks fantastic," Mrs Kearl said.
"I love the sky light, I will be able to see when it's raining and when it's sunny, you can actually see what's happening outside."
Mrs Kearl had spent 20 years at her previous location and said all the food outlets were different.
"I don't think any of us will be competing with each other," she said.
As well as shoppers and people looking for a day out, she said the food hall would also benefit other workers from the centre and surrounding businesses.
"There's so many staff in the centre, they will get their drink before they start work or they will come and get their lunch if they don't have someone covering.
While some equipment such as the drink fridges were relocated from her previous store Mrs Kearle said some other equipment was new.
Sushia opened on Saturday and manager Yarna Lee said it has been "super busy" every day since Saturday and she loved the new location in the former Dalton Brothers Store area of the shopping centre.
"It's really cool," she said.
