A man who was caught high-range drink-driving with a reading of 0.164, and was found in possession of knuckle dusters, was convicted in Orange Local Court.

Aaron James Corby, 38, of Hawkins Lane was arrested on May 11 after police received a call about a man attempting to drive under the influence of alcohol.
Upon arrival they found him sitting in the driver's seat of a car with the engine running.
During a search police also found knuckle dusters in his jacket and he said "a friend gave them to me".
He was taken to Orange Police Station for breath analysis where he returned a reading of 0.164.
He was given a six-month Community Correction Order for possession of the weapon and a 12-month CCO, six-month driving disqualification and 24-month interlock order for drink driving.
