Dear Cr Kidd, I would like to make a comment about comparison between Dubbo and Orange.

I would like to draw your attention to the most basic: the temperature on a daily basis is, in general terms, seven to 10 degrees colder in Orange than it is in Dubbo.
You also have a higher annual rainfall. You receive showers of rain a few millimetres at a time and, at the same time, we have received nothing in Dubbo.
We need to have more water in Dubbo because of these most basic reasons.
