A woman who was found inside the closed down Tip Top bakery in Peisley Street was convicted of breaking and entering, stealing three shirts and possession of house-breaking implements.

Katie Swiatkiwsky, 36, of McLachlan Street, was found by police after they were called about a woman behaving suspiciously at the site about 8.25pm on April 25.
She told police she was looking for her dog but police could not see any signs of a dog.
During a search of her backpack police found three headlamps, numerous sets of keys and in another bag they found a grinder, grinder discs, a wrench, pliers, screw driver, duct tape and electrical tape along with female clothing, sunglasses and groceries.
Magistrate David Day gave her an 18-month intensive correction order with 80 hours of community service for the break and enter and stealing the shirts.
Mr Day also gave her a 12-month community correction order for possessing house-breaking implements.
