Futuring Orange will host the second in its 'Climate Behind The Headlines' series from 5.30pm.
The series is presented by local climate experts, including the head of the Climate Research R&D team at the Department of Primary Industries, Dr Jason Cream and an Associate Professor at Charles Sturt University, Dr Andrew Rawson.
The talk will address the question, What does the future look like based on climate projections and how can industries and communities respond?
Organiser Kate Hook said the first session was very well attended with attendees asking for more information from the expert speakers.
"You don't need to have attended the first session to benefit from the knowledge that will be shared in parts two and three," she said.
"The format is informal and will be comprised of a presentation for the first half, followed by a Q&A session."
This is the second in a series of three events, the final talk will ask the question: How can Orange be part of the community effort to adapt to climate change and, most importantly, reduce the worst effects of climate change?
The event is free to attend, registration is through Eventbrite.
