Amy van de Ven said the remaining work was the "1 per centers", including paint touch-ups and other final adjustments.
"Just pulling everything together in anticipation for our opening later this week," she said.
"It's so exciting."
The opening will be subject to the work's completion, but the final deadline is Monday, when first bookings have been taken.
The hotel has employed 17 people from the region, with Ms van de Ven moving from Albury in May.
Ms van de Ven said the inclusions had been with the corporate traveller in mind, some needing accommodation for up to six months if they were working on a project.
Room range from studios to two-bedroom apartments, all featuring kitchens capable of cooking a meal, plus washing machines and dryers.
"We've got smart work desks with power points in really accessible locations, USB points that are now in the alarm clocks," she said.
"Our business is usually the long-stay corporate traveller, which of course having a fully self-contained apartment creates that home away from home experience."
She said the fitout had been handled by Quest, but from her perspective, the process had gone well.
"Quest obviously open a lot of properties so they've got a lot of preferred suppliers to make that process really smooth," she said.
Ms van de Ven said rates would vary depending on the day of the week and how busy the motel was.
