Police seized approximately 176 grams of cannabis from within the house, as well as a quantity of cash, methylamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.
The male occupant of the home was arrested and taken to Cobar Police Station and was later granted bail to appear Cobar Local Court on Wednesday, October 30.
Police are urging community members to report drug supply.
Central North Police District Commander, Superintendent Andrew Hurst, said the arrest in Cobar over the weekend doubles as an opportunity to encourage greater reporting about drug supply within the community.
"The Central North Police District remains committed to targeting illicit drugs in our communities, and the people who supply these drugs," he said.
"We rely on information from the community to investigate drug offences and make our communities safer.
"If you believe someone in your community is supplying drugs, please report this to your local police station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000."
