An Orange City Council spokeswoman said the council had received two complaints about the street in the past month.
We have $70,000 to spend on repairing the two cul de sac bulbs in Scott Place.

"Council's maintenance crews have done three visits to Scott Place this year to repair potholes and [were] also due back [last week]," she said.
"Under council's 2019/20 Asset Management plan for roads, we have $70,000 to spend on repairing the two cul de sac bulbs in Scott Place.
"The works, which will be tendered very shortly, are planned to be completed by council's subcontractors, which will include a hot mix asphalt road surface."
Orange resident Eileen Ford last week said the road was one of the worst she had seen in her long driving time.
Central Western Daily readers also highlighted other potholed roads including Huntley Road and others near the airport, Lone Pine Avenue, Wakeford Street and others near the Canobolas Rural Technology High School plus Edward, Hill and Ash streets.
