The Source Architects project was awarded in the alterations to residential architecture category and the interior-architecture category.
Source owners Sally and David Sutherland received recognition for the respect shown for the original 1910 Federation building and the "cohesive approach to interior detailing that blends the old and new."
Mrs Sutherland previously told the Central Western Daily their goal was to connect the property to the garden and design its new additions to allow northern light to penetrate the living spaces.
The Byng Street firm was nominated for three of its projects, including the GATE facility at Orange Agricultural institute and The Commercial Hotel in Crookwell.

The March Street House was announced as a winner at a ceremony in Byron Bay on Thursday.
