The investment has seen the addition of a 2000-square metre covered drive-through trade yard.
On Wednesday, Mitre 10 officially opened the centre with a trade breakfast and a range of activities, including Happy Days Coffee Van serving coffee and the Lions club serving lunch.
Customers bought in their Paslode nail guns to be cleaned and serviced and their tools to be tested and tagged.
Several suppliers offered specials to mark the drive-through's opening.
Alternative healing brings different energy
Elaine Nucifora has recently bought a different type of healing to Margaret Street.
Ms Nucifora began offering reiki from her studio at the end of August and she will now provide 'quantum fusion therapy'.
She said the alternative healing incorporates higher energy than reiki.
"It's given me the power to heal minor aches within a few minutes," she said.
Ms Nucifora said she has had clients come in with headaches and walk out pain free.
"I can also manipulate the spine to bring it back into alignment without the crunching of bones," she said.
Ms Nucifora was a bookkeeper by trade but became interested in alternative therapies as an answer to her and her parents' heath problems.

"Both sides of my families have come from a lot of health issues," she said.
"While medication will fix one problem there is always something else.
"Rather than watch them whittle away I knew I had to find something better."
Snap Fitness supports mental health
Snap Fitness has aligned with Mental Health Week to allow the public to train for free from Tuesday to Saturday.
The Kite Street club has invited people with any level of fitness to meet with a trainer and find out about the benefits of exercise.
Snap Fitness will also fund raise for the Mental Awareness Foundation throughout October.
Snap Fitness manager Stefanie Nicholson said the brand was well aware of the positive impact exercise could have.
"We want to bring that feeling to as many people in our local communities as possible while starting a conversation about mental health," she said.
