The damage to the vehicle was caused between 9pm onb Wednesday and 8am on Thursday morning.
There were also a number of items stolen across the city.
Mail was stolen from a letter box on Alan Ridley Place some time between 11am on Sunday, September 22 and 11am on Thursday, September 26.
A television and computer were taken during a break and enter on Park Lane, which occurred between September 15 and Thursday, September 26 while a wallet was taken from a business premise on Anson Street between 12.50pm and 1pm on Thursday.
Another break and enter occurred on Little Warrendine Street between 6pm on Wednesday and 7am on Thursday.
Police believe entry was gained via a garage and nothing appears to have been taken.
Meanwhile, a 47-year-old male was charged in Orange on Wednesday after being found with implements needed to breaking into a house.
Police will allege the male was stopped by police and searched, which located the tools and implements that can be used to break into a house. The male was issued with a court attendance notice and will appear before Orange Local Court on September 30.
On Wednesday a 26-year-old male has been charged with common assault and attempt to stalk or intimidate with the intention of harm.
Police will allege the male assaulted a 23-year-old female in a domestic violence related incident.
The male was issued with a court attendance notice and will appear before Orange Local Court next month.
A 25-year-old male has been charged with common assault and destroying or damaging property after an incident on Tuesday.
Police will allege the male assaulted a 23-year-old female and damaged property in a domestic violence related incident.
The male was issued with a court attendance notice and appeared before Orange Local Court on Friday.
