Wine In The Vines will run on October 18 as a fundraiser for the McGrath Foundation's Pink Up' initiative, which will raise money for breast cancer support throughout the month.
A bus will leave the Orange Civic Centre to take attendees to several winery's to sample their rosé.
Orange360 general manager Caddie Marshall said while the winery locations will be kept under wraps until the event, attendees will taste different varietals from winery's of varied elevation.
"It's a chance to get your girlfriends or your male friends together and go out enjoying Orange," she said.
"While you're having fun the profits are going to funding additional breast care nurses in the region."
Attendees will get a chance to chat to winemakers and take a tour of facilities and cellar doors.
Tickets are available through the Orange360 website.
They are $149 and include lunch, wine tastings, transfers and a bottle of the region's best to take home.
