Ray Price, Mick Neil, David Brooks and James Grant will headline the launch at the Orange Ex-Services Club on October 4.
Rugby league clubs including Hawks and CYMS are behind the Men of League's return to Orange and Mark Johnston says reinvigorating an important rugby league brand in the city was an important step forward for the game.
Since 2002 the Men of League Foundation has been the port of last call for those within the game facing tough times with inadequate resources.
Johnston is aware of three people in the Orange community who have leant on the foundation recently and says re-forming a sub committee was crucial to maintaining that good work.
"Royce George asked if we'd try and get a committee up and running again and we'll do that and try and have an event like this every 12 months," Johnston said.
"It's a chance to have a few drinks, something to eat and listen to some old tales."
The launch will run from 2pm through to 5.30pm on October 4. Tickets are on sale until Friday, September 27 and cost $50.
