The 2019 Ronald McDonald House Ball attracted about 320 people to the Orange Function Centre on Saturday night.
RMH executive officer Rebecca Walsh said organisers had not yet been able to count the takings and pledges of financial support.
However, she said it was expected to be another generous response from attendees and sponsors.
"We were so excited to see the number of guests at the ball," she said.
"From all reports the feedback has just been overwhelmingly positive. It was an outstanding success," she said.

Ms Walsh said the event had become a fixture on the Orange event calendar.
She said there had been strong support for the RMH 'sponsor a room for a night' project.
Ms Walsh said while families who stayed at RMH when their children were in hospital did so free of charge it actually cost the facility $138 a night to provide the service.
She said sponsors pledged to support a night, or several nights, accommodation.
"It far exceeded our expectations," she said.
Among the sponsors to show support were mining industry company Forefront Services, which will support 50 nights' accommodation.
Australian Community Media, owners of the Central Western Daily, pledged 31 nights.
The Central Western Daily, a longtime sponsor of the ball, pledged to fund an extra four nights' accommodation.
McDonalds Bathurst and Orange restaurants also pledged 35 nights.
Guests were treated to a four-course meal prepared by a range of chefs from Orange and Sydney.
A Hollywood opening act was performed by Colour City Dance Studios, before the night of auctions, raffles and dancing with entertainment by The Romans stepped into full swing.
Attendees dressed in black tie or as their favourite Hollywood star, with an award presented for the best dressed male and female on the night.
At the 2018 ball $85,000 was raised for the facility to continue operating.
The ball is the biggest fundraiser on the accommodation facility's calendar.
