Harley Breen, Fiona O'Loughlin, Sam Taunton, Heath Franklin's Chopper and Danielle Walker will perform in Orange when the festival returns to Nashdale Lane Wines on November 16.
Mr Watts said he had the pleasure of performing alongside Mr Breen at Seppeltsfield Winery in the Barossa earlier this year.
Mr Watts said the Orange show was a completely new lineup from last year.
Breen hosts the Channel 10's smash hit and Logie nominated Taboo while O'Loughlin won the International Comedy Festival's Best Newcomer.

Taunton plays the 'roving idiot' for Channel 10's The Project, and Walker has appeared alongside stars Kate McLennan and Kate McCartney on ABC TV's GetKrack!n.
Watts said each wine region they visit there's always one comedian seeing it for the first time.
He said it's a pleasure getting to introduce them to such beautiful spots and Orange is no different.
"When you drink wine you share it with your friends and you share laughter with your friends," he said.
"These people are all my friends and I get to share the region and all these experiences with them."
A final round of tickets went on sale this month. There was a handful left on Monday.
