The Canobolas Lions Club handed over 90x10-litre containers of water on Thursday with the promise of a further 50 containers to be supplied by next Tuesday.
Club spokesman Peter Chilcott said it was paid for with a mix of club funds and donations.
"My partner [Valerie Irwin] passed the hat around at the Orange Ten Pin Bowl and raised $150," he said.
"We raise a lot of money around Orange and district. We heard the people of Euchareena had run out of water and this is our way to give some money back to the community.
"I'd like to see all the service clubs [in Orange] do the same. In the scheme of things it is not a lot of money."
Euchareena residents are having to buy water to re-fill their tanks after the town dam ran dry 18 months ago.
They have called for council and government aid to provide a more permanent water supply to each house in the village.
