Trang Hue Vietnamese Catering will pop up at the Chef's Table from 9.30-10am to give a demonstration on how to roll the perfect rice paper roll.
Ms Hue started at the market more than four years ago with just a table and a crockpot and now she has grown her business to include a shopfront, a food truck and a catering business.
She said rice paper rolls are "very easy" to master.

"We can do 100 in an hour now," she said. "You can never just have one either, you have to go back for more."
Ms Hue said everyone loves the Vietnamese staple because it can be filled with whatever they like, whether they're vegetarian or meat eaters.
In addition to the rice paper roll demonstration, Ms Hue will share her authentic chilli sauce with the world, a favourite of Orange pork roll lovers.
Joining Trang Hue at the market will be more than 60 stallholders with coffee, fresh fruit and vegetables, baked goods and beverages all available.
This will be the last Orange Farmers Market at the Showgrounds before it returns to the Northcourt next month.
The markets will run 8.30-12pm. Entry is a gold coin donation to the Rotary Daybreak of Orange.
