The public is invited to hear Dr Saunders' talk at what will be the second meeting of the series.
Dr Saunders is a committed advocate for the advancement of gender equality, having pioneered research in Australia on sexual harassment in rural workplaces.
In 2018, Dr Saunders was part of Project Empower with Country to Canberra, encouraging teenage girls in rural and remote Australia to achieve their potential.
She was also a recent delegate to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women in New York with the YWCA Australia.
Created to give voice to women in the region who want to make a difference, the Leadership Forums are the product of prominent Orange business owners Mary Brell, Cheryl Pope, Amanda Spalding and Geraldine Colless.
The four women formed the group to provide support to women to move into positions of leadership.
Ms Brell said it was not about "man bashing" and men were encouraged to attend.
She said it was about levelling the playing field when it comes to females in positions of power.
The second Central West Women's Forum will run from 6pm-8.30pm at Duntryleague Golf House.
Tickets are $35 from www.trybooking.com/BEPGZ
