Venues across the city are marking the change of season with a fresh lineup of musical acts to lure patrons off the couch.
The Lord Anson will introduce a change in its entertainment offering when MES Entertainment presents three Orange sets of musicians performing live this Friday.
Lucy Simmonds, The Robbie Mortimer Duo and AJAK will help kick off the weekend when they take turns performing sets from 7.30pm.
Following the debut performance, The Robbie Mortimer Duo will bring their eclectic combination of covers and originals to the venue floor.
Brothers Albie and Robbie Mortimer will put on a gig designed to get attendees moving and grooving, following the release of Robbie's debut album The Fall of March.
To complete the trio, AJAK will perform its first gig at The Lord Anson.
Comprised of well-known Orange artists James Buchanan on guitar, Jacob Pickett on drums, Quinn Luxford on bass and Lueth Ajak on vocals.
The band have just returned from touring the region performing Red Hot Chili Peppers' Blood Sugar Sex Magic.
They will now bring their sound to the city for the MES Entertainment Live At The Anson event.
Doors open at 7:30pm, tickets are currently available online and will be available at the door.
