During the festival's signature event in Pirrama Park, attendees will sip Phillip Shaw Wines and sample drops from Slow Wine Co, Pioneer Brewing Co and Badlands Brewery over two days.
Event-goers will also have the chance to feast on some of the region's finest purveyors, including The Salami Man, Second Mouse Cheese Co, The Orange Fermentary and The Cheesecake Co, during the park party running September 28-29.
Festival Director Alex Gibbs said Pyrmont would celebrate the tight-knit relationship between city and country with the buzz of inner-city dining meeting the inimitable flavours of Orange.
Pyrmont eateries will also spotlight Orange with a series of events, including 'wines from Orange region on show' at the Pyrmont Point Hotel during the 17 days.
Some of Sydney's up-and-coming student chefs will serve dinner matched with wines from SeeSaw Wines on September 24.
Following the festivities in Pirrama Park on September 29, guests will be invited to attend the official after party at The Terminus Hotel with Printhe Wines.
