Fiona Bond said she had been contacted by several tradespeople offering to do a range of work at her property after a story in the Central Western Daily last week.
Ms Bond has only a slab and framework completed on her north Orange dream home despite paying $371,000 in progressive payments to the Orange building company which is now in voluntary liquidation.
She said tradies and companies who had offered to help included some who had also suffered major losses in the collapse after not being paid for their work.
"I just can't believe the spirit of the people in Orange. It's really lifted my spirits so much. It's just wonderful.

"There have been quite a few offers which has been great," she said.
"Even the people that have been affected have been ringing me to try to help.

"It's really lifted my spirits so much. It's just wonderful," she said.
"I can't believe it. I'm just overwhelmed with the responses."
Ms Bond said she had a progressive auto immune illness which had deteriorated since the building company collapse.
"All of this business has made my illness worse. I had to stay in Sydney with friends to try to recover.
"But now I feel strong enough to come back to Orange."
She said the company who provided the windows for her house had now offered to put them in for her, even though they haven't received any payment for them.
Ms Bond said a brick washer, who had also been unpaid for his work, had offered to help her out.
Electrician Chris Scoins who runs Grounded Electrical and Data, said he would provide his work free of charge and could also help to co-ordinate other tradies to perform work on the property.
"We can put light and power in her whole place," he said.
"I think a lot of the local tradies would get on board."
Ms Bond has also been offered help to determine if she can claim any compensation.
She said she was also in discussion with an insurance company.
