Greenbuild Group Pty Ltd, which trades as Wentworth Homes, went into liquidation on August 15.
Concreter Adam Grant said he had not been paid for his work.
Mr Grant is helping co-ordinate the creditors.
"A lot of people, they are just devastated by it," he said.
"I don't think we'll get much money back.
"We won't know until Wednesday when the creditors report comes back [from the liquidator]."
Mr Grant said the losses had occurred over the past 12 months.
Aaron Lucan, of solvency group Worrells, has been appointed as liquidator.
"I don't think we'll get much money back. We won't know until Wednesday when the creditors report comes back [from the liquidator]."

However he said he would not disclose the number of creditors or the amounts owed to them.
"I will not be commenting publicly on the company's financial position," he said.
Mr Lucan said he would soon send a summary of the company affairs to each creditor.
He said a creditors meeting had not yet been organised.
There hasn't been something like this happen in Orange for a long time.
- Mick Banks, Master Builders Association
"Worrells has an office and staff in Orange should circumstances require that a meeting of creditors be held in Orange," he said.
Master Builders Association of NSW Central West president Mick Banks said the collapse was not indicative of the state of the building industry in Orange.
"There hasn't been something like this happen in Orange for a long time," he said.
Mr Banks urged all sub-contractors and home owners who were owed money to seek legal advice.
"It is important for all of the sub-contractors to get to the creditors meeting [if one was held,]" he said.
Mr Banks said in general terms people seeking building work should do their homework and make sure the builder was licenced, check how long they had been trading, had adequate insurance and they used a recognised form of contract.
Mr Banks said homeowners should make progressive payments only when the work stipulated in the contract for that stage had been done.
The Central Western Daily has attempted to contact the Greenbuild Group and Wentworth Homes.
