Harry Hamilton never expected his name to be announced as man of the match after helping Orange Emus claim the second grade Blowes Clothing Cup title.

"I was very surprised," Hamilton smiled.
"I thought it should have gone to 14 other blokes before me."
The second rower turned in a performance described as "outstanding" by Emus second grade coach Greg Hedley, but Hamilton didn't agree with that assessment.
"I didn't think it was that great to be honest. But I must have done something right," he smiled as he looked at the man of the match mug.
Hamilton was solid for Emus in their 28-25 victory over Bulldogs, with some outstanding defence and strong play at the breakdown.
Every time we were down in their 22 we kinda scored, so we kept working our way down there, it worked.

He was understandably thrilled to be part of the grand final win, even if it took to the final minutes to secure it.
"We struggled to hold onto the ball a bit but I think scoring four tries to their one said we played better than them," Hamilton said.
"Every time we were down in their 22 we kinda scored, so we kept working our way down there, it worked.
"Pity it just took us 70 minutes to work out that's what we had to do."
