The Orange nurse will make the most of his summer tour when she accompanies around 10 other fans from across Australia to all three of his Sydney concerts on December 21, 21 and 23.
Ms Harrison will pack her cardboard Keith and join the other fans at the city's new Coliseum Theatre.
The friends are part of a Facebook group of about 3000 fans. Some of them have been to more than 100 concerts each.
Ms Harrison alone went to four shows in Sydney and Melbourne this year, a concert schedule not uncommon for her when he tours Australia every two years.
She said the shows are special for the way he interacts with his audiences.
"He just gives so much to his fans. It's like seeing a band in the pub in the 80s," she said.
In addition to the cardboard cut-out, Ms Harrison keeps a little Keith Urban paraphernalia at home.
"I have holographic tickets from a US show, just little trinkets, I'm careful not to become a hoarder," she said.
Unlike the rest of her fan-club friends, Ms Harrison is yet to meet the star, although she has been in the front row enough times to have had him reach for her hand.
She said she'd rather introduce friends to his music than fork out the $800 for the meet and greet.
"It's his music. He's humble. He's generous," she said.
