Driver uncertain of the status of his driver's licence
A cancelled driver did not know the status of his driver's licence when he was stopped by police at Glenroi Avenue on May 21.
Christopher John Foley, 34, of Leura Road, initially told police his licence was suspended then said "it might be disqualified".
Checks revealed his driver's licence had been disqualified until May 12 but he did not reapply for his licence so it was cancelled.
He was fined $660 and his driver's licence was disqualified for 12 months.
