Duntryleague Mansion Foundation president John Cook said a guided tour would run for 20 minutes from 11.30am on Sunday.
Mr Cook said while the mansion and golf club was open daily the tours explored areas the public would not normally see.
The tours are free but visitors are encouraged to make a 'folded-note' donation which will go toward a $6 million plan to rejuvenate the mansion.
That includes the installation of a lift and the restoration of many of the rooms.
A development application has been submitted to Orange City Council for the work.
The golf club dining room will also be open on Sunday for people to have lunch after the mansion tour.
