Miller was red carded for his role in a 78th minute scuffle in the Eagles' minor semi-final win over Forbes last Sunday, as was Platypi star Mahe Fangupo, and left sweating on the Central West Rugby Union judiciary's ruling.

Because it was a straight send-off the case was automatically sent to the judiciary however the Central Western Daily understands based on the evidence provided by the Cowra club an offer of no further sanction was extended.
Cowra face Emus from 3.15pm on Saturday afternoon, with the winner to progress to the grand final against Bathurst Bulldogs at Anne Ashwood Park the following week.
