While there's plenty of that - the 18-year-old lined up in the Country NSW side at the 2019 Australian Country Championships in Shepparton this weekend, where not only did her side claim a silver medal, but Allcorn was named in the under-21s national squad - it's her Orange teammates who she's excited about.

Six Orange names lined up in the in Shepparton, with Bailey Ferguson, Michael Dillon and Taylor Dolbel claiming gold in the men and the women - featuring Madie Smith, Allcorn and Courtney Hogan - finishing runners-up.

Ferguson, Dillon and Smith were all named in national squads as well, with the former in the under-21s men and Dillon and Smith named in open men's and women's sides respectively.

"It's quite an achievement, all of us coming from a small town and making those sides together," Allcorn said.

"We've all played together and grown up playing together, it's really good to see us all achieving goals at the same time."

Playing alongside Smith and Hogan was a huge plus for Allcorn.

"It definitely makes it easier, you know how each other plays and you're connected with them but it's great to play with other girls you've never played with before," she said.

Allcorn said she was "stoked" with her own selection in the side, which is the second year in a row she's made the cut for the Australian outfit, and while she wasn't expecting it the Feds gun was "hoping" to have her name called out.

Last year the squad visited Fiji, but will be heading to Malaysia in January 2020 in a series of matches against multiple sides, which are yet to be confirmed.

The 2018 trip only involved matches against the Fijian side, and while Allcorn said the trip was still phenomenal, she was excited for the chance to take on several different national sides in Malaysia.

As for the tournament itself, Allcorn's side started their campaign like a house on fire with a combined scoreline of 15-0 in their first three games, but consecutive 3-1 losses to Victoria and eventual winners Queensland which sparked a flame.

"When we had that loss to Victoria it gave us a bit of a shock and we had to step up, which we did in that semi."

"We did make that step up and beat them (Victoria) 3-0 in the semi final and put in a really good game in the gold medal match, but just couldn't get there."
