A gap has opened up between the top and bottom four sides, with fourth-placed OHS Hornets six points clear of Life Studio Mid West Eyes and Life Studio Sportspower, the two navy and lime sides are in a share for fifth.
Hawks Royals and Orange City Epiroc have already fallen out of finals contention despite their being three weeks left in the regular season, and the two Life Studio sides could join them if the Hornets spring an upset this weekend.

If the black and golds take down Orange City Craig Harvey Mechanical, the defending premiers are second, that will cement the top four regardless of results over the last fortnight of the regular season.
Because sides receive one point for a loss, in that situation even if OHS were to lose their last two games they'd still finish fourth.
They face Orange City from 3.50pm at Sir Neville Howse Stadium this weekend, while in the other games Orange City Epiroc play Life Studio (1.10pm), Hawks play Mid West Eyes (2.30pm) and Sportspower play Orange Physiotherapy Vipers (2.30pm).
