Charles Buni, of Wakeford Street, was driving a grey Mazda sedan on Churchill Avenue on May 17 when police pulled him over.
Police said the licence he produced had been cancelled in March.
Buni tested positive to methylamphetamine, but said he had not used any since he attended court that week.
Magistrate David Day fined him $1760 and disqualified him for 18 months.
Man re-sentenced on drug charge
A 36-YEAR-old man will be required to undertake rehabilitation for drug possession after he breached his bonds.
Ronald Garry Roach, of Coulson Place, was found with 0.3 grams of methamphetamine and 0.8 grams of cannabis during a police search in March last year, but failed to report to community corrections and failed a drug test.
Solicitor Neil Jones said Roach's employment, which took him between Sydney and Forbes, made it difficult to report.
Magistrate David Day handed down 18-month community corrections orders.
