The third-generation farmer grows grapes about 10 kilometres south of Stuart Town, and describes himself as a farmer ahead of being an artist.
Mr Cohen was educated in Bathurst at what was then Mitchell College, studying with some of the leading artists in the region before travelling regional and remote Australia, the landscapes of which are a major influence on his work.
The exhibition, named Disconnections, is now open, and runs until September 7 at the Peisley Street Gallery at 2b Peisley Street.
