The pair will perform in the special needs duo or trio section as part of the event's 40th year.
Teacher Amelia Bennetts, of Colour City Dance, said the women met at Wangarang Industries where they both work and wanted to dance together.
Miss Bennetts has been coaching them for the past two years and this year has choreographed a routine to Queen's We Will Rock You and Another One Bites the Dust.
The girls chose the theme themselves - they're massive fans of Queen.

The women have been rehearsing the piece since June.
"The girls chose the theme themselves - they're massive fans of Queen, they wanted seven songs, but I thought there was probably only enough room for two," Miss Bennetts said.
"I believe dance should be open to everybody of all capabilities - dance is such a positive thing and it brings out the best in people."
The duo are two of about 70 students Miss Bennetts has competing in the Eisteddfod this year and she could not put a number on the routines she has choreographed.
With the number of dance schools in Orange and competitors coming in from across the region, she said the competition was tough.
"I do get a bit nervous for them, but also really excited," she said.
The eisteddfod starts on Tuesday with the speech and drama sections, with dance starting on August 11 and vocal and instrumental starting on August 25.
