Police are examining CCTV footage and the results of forensic investigations in the hunt for an armed intruder who raided the Victoria Hotel early on Saturday morning.

A male cleaner was confronted and tied up by the intruder who was armed with a knife and a firearm.
Police said they believed the invader entered the Summer Street hotel at 5.15am and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Central West Police District Officers have confirmed that a staff member was working at the time and came into contact with the perpetrator.
There are a number of scientific inquiries that need to be conducted.
Acting Inspector Greg Payne reported that the cleaner was tied up during the incident, while the property was ransacked.
The cleaner was treated by paramedics at the scene but refused transportation to the Orange hospital.
It is alleged that the attacker left through the rear of the building.
Inspector Payne said a strike force made up of officers from Parkes and Orange was established on Saturday.
"Officers are currently reviewing CCTV footage," he said.
"There are a number of scientific inquiries that need to be conducted. It will progress in the coming days as a result of scientific examinations at the crime scene."
