The group of young volunteers will host a barbecue on Saturday to fundraise for headspace National's Push Up Challenge.
The Push Up Challenge is an Australian-wide event which raises money for headspace to address suicide rates in the country.
Teams or individuals are challenged to complete 3128 push ups over the course of 21-days in recognition of those who have lost their lives to suicide.
Each day, teams set a target number of push-ups to complete which reflect a statistic to do with mental health in Australia.
The headspace Orange Youth Reference Group have called on the community to help them complete their push ups, and invited all to join them on Saturday at the headspace Centre from 11am to reach the 3128 mark.
A barbecue and drinks will be available for a gold-coin donation on the day.
Find out more by calling the centre on 6369 9300.
