With the former Myer building undergoing a rebuild and refurbishment, the retailer will occupy the Anson Street entrance later this year.
The building used to hold Myer's homewares section.
It is already on the market for lease for about $4600 a week - Benchmark Commercial has it listed as a "prime location" close to other national retailers with high traffic flow on the sunny side of the street.
It's one of the few large spaces on the main street of Orange.

"It's one of the few large spaces on the main street of Orange," agent David Hall said.
Best and Less' head office confirmed the move was made to improve accessibility for its customers and renovations would commence in early October.
A second development application has been lodged with Orange City Council to place a valet car wash inside the shopping centre's car park off Kite Street.
The application, made by the centre's owners, will take 12 spaces for the site office, two wash bays and a vacuum bay, with a further 12 spaces taken for cars waiting to be washed.
It stated the loss of the 24 spaces would not leave the centre short because the original parking requirements were calculated based on Myer's floor area, which had dropped considerably due to the loss of the first and second floors in the original building.
It anticipated 15 cars a day would be washed in good weather during the summer months.
