A man who was twice caught driving while his licence was suspended, just a month apart, has been given concurrent driving disqualifications in Orange Local Court.

Ronald Smith, 40, of Gisbourne Street, Wellington, was stopped by police after he was seen driving along Nyrang Road and turning onto Goorawin Road, Orange, at 1.40am on February 25.
When asked for his licence he said, "I don't have it on me," and he didn't know if his licence was suspended or disqualified.
However, a check revealed his learner driver's licence was suspended on November 8, 2018, and he was reminded that he was stopped by police in Wellington a month before on January 23.

When asked why he was driving he said he was taking his passenger to the hospital but they declined a police offer to call an ambulance.
Magistrate David Day convicted him for driving while his licence was suspended on February 25 and disqualified his driver's licence for three months.
For driving while his driver's licence was suspended at 7.50am on January 23 Mr Day convicted him and gave him a concurrent driving disqualification of one month.
"He had a learner's licence, that's as high as he managed to get," Mr Days said.
"I will convict him with no further action, he will end up running out of sentencing options.
"I've seen too many males go to jail and they start off with a driving record like yours."
Police approached his car when he was stopped outside a property in Wellington after seeing a passenger get out of his car and jump over the fence.
A provisional driver who was caught driving while his licence was suspended was sentenced in Orange Local Court on Monday.
Craig James Peacock, 29, of Attunga Place, was approached by police about 8.35pm on May 11 after they saw him stopped on the side of the Mitchell Highway.
He told police he went for a drive to settle young children who were in the car.
Peacock was fined $1100 and his driver's licence was disqualified for 12 months.
A man who was caught driving despite never having a driver's licence, appeared in Orange Local Court on Monday.
Tyk Cochrane, 20, of Sir Neville Howse Place, had two similar prior offences on his record and was lectured by magistrate David Day.
He was also given a 12-month community correction order and he was disqualified from obtaining a driver's licence for six months.
Cochrane was caught by police while driving in Wellington on April 29.
