This quirky event sees guests dressed up to the nines, search for truffles with the truffle dogs, then settle down to a five-course truffle degustation feast in an underground wine cellar.
Sisters Rock head chef Richard Learmonth will prepare a feast to be served with matched wines from Borrodell's range.
Guests will also be offered the opportunity to bust a move - with or without gumboots on - to live music throughout the night.
Owner Gaye Stuart-Nairne said the season was looking to be a magnificent one for truffles.
"We're hoping to beat our record harvest of 15 kilos," he said.
Tickets are available through www.123tix.com.au.
